Skilled Handyman for Residential Complex in Sharjah


We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team at a residential complex in Sharjah. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various aspects of the complex, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks. This position requires someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a wide range of handy skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks or unclogging drains
- Conduct electrical repairs and installations
- Repair or replace broken furniture and fixtures
- Complete painting and touch-up jobs as needed
- Conduct general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or air filters
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner
- Keep track of necessary supplies and equipment inventory
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with tenants professionally
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.

Accommodation:
This position comes with accommodation provided by the residential complex.

Nationality Preference:
Preference will be given to candidates from Pakistan or African countries due to visa availability.
