Job Title: Executive Chef - Nepali Cuisine (Contract with Visa Sponsorship)


Our restaurant in Ajman is seeking an experienced Executive Chef who specializes in Nepali cuisine. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining our menu, overseeing all kitchen operations, and ensuring high-quality food is consistently delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a menu featuring authentic Nepali dishes that meet customer preferences and market trends
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food quality and service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events or promotions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Nepali cuisine
- Strong knowledge of ingredients, cooking techniques, and flavors used in Nepali dishes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Proven track record of creating innovative menus that appeal to customers while also meeting financial targets
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English
- Valid work permit or ability to obtain a work visa for the UAE
