Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Ajman. As the leader of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of customer service, and managing the staff.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of daily operations, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and monitoring expenses
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high quality service is provided to customers
- Create schedules for employees and manage their time effectively
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance and provide feedback
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and presentation of food items
- Monitor food quality and safety standards to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
- Develop strategies to increase revenue through promotions, events, or other marketing initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management is preferred

Salary: 1200$ per month

This position is open for Indian nationals currently residing in Ajman or willing to relocate. Accommodation will be provided along with visa sponsorship if needed.
