Restaurant Manager - Ajman, Canada


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at our Canadian location in Ajman. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a diverse team of staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations including hiring and training staff, creating work schedules, and managing inventory
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any customer concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and ensure quality control for all dishes served
- Monitor expenses and control costs to maximize profits while maintaining high quality standards
- Create and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies
- Implement health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide training or coaching when necessary

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets while maintaining high quality standards
- Knowledge of inventory management procedures and budgeting processes
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Preferred Requirements:
- Canadian citizenship or permanent residency in Canada
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
- Proficiency in both English and French
