Land Surveyor



We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Sharjah. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine precise locations and measurements of points, elevations, lines, areas, and contours for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as total stations, GPS systems, and digital levels
- Collect data and analyze results to create accurate maps, reports, and drawings
- Prepare construction staking points for site work based on design plans
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other professionals to ensure proper surveying procedures are followed
- Maintain accurate records of survey data including field notes, photos, and sketches
- Provide guidance and support to surveying assistants as needed

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field is required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and surveying software is required

Salary: AED 1300 per month
