Land Surveyor
A reputable construction company in Sharjah is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in the construction industry. The candidate must be fluent in English and possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine land boundaries and prepare topographical maps
- Use various surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels to gather data
- Analyze data and make calculations to produce accurate measurements
- Prepare reports, drawings, and other documentation related to surveys
- Liaise with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate surveying for construction projects
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure their proper calibration
- Adhere to all safety protocols while conducting surveys on-site
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in the construction industry
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing land surveying in Sharjah is preferred
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month. Other benefits include free visa, ticket allowance, medical insurance, annual leave, etc.
Note: This position is open only for Indian nationals currently residing in Sharjah or willing to relocate. Accommodation will not be provided by the company.
