Indian Cuisine Executive Chef
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Indian Cuisine Executive Chef to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As an Indian Cuisine Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, specializing in traditional Indian dishes. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for Indian cuisine and culture, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant setting.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing authentic Indian menus for our restaurant
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Ensuring high quality standards are met at all times
- Training and supervising kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
- Managing inventory and controlling food costs
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborating with management to develop new menu items and specials
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant setting specializing in Indian cuisine
- Strong knowledge of traditional Indian recipes, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Creativity and passion for developing new dishes
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
