We are hiring a skilled Barista to join our team in Ajman. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and tea beverages to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve various coffee and tea beverages according to company standards
- Ensure the quality of the drinks served by following proper recipes and techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Operate cash register and handle all financial transactions accurately
- Keep track of inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred
- Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary:
$1000 per month
