Indian Pastry Chef in Ajman
We are in search of a skilled Indian Pastry Chef to join our team at a luxury hotel in Ajman. As an Indian Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of traditional and modern Indian desserts and pastries for our guests. You will also be responsible for managing the pastry kitchen, ensuring high quality standards and maintaining a safe and hygienic work environment.
Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef
- Excellent knowledge of traditional and modern Indian desserts and pastries
- Ability to manage a team
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Good communication skills
- Creative, passionate, and detail-oriented
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of Indian desserts and pastries according to established recipes
- Develop new dessert ideas to enhance the menu offerings
- Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Train and supervise pastry kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the pastry kitchen area
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of dessert orders
- Monitor food costs and maintain budgetary guidelines
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1700$ per month along with accommodation, transportation, meals, medical insurance, and annual vacation.
