Sales Manager


We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ajman. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving sales growth, and developing strategic plans to increase revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet individual and team targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both new and existing
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Train and coach the sales team on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills
- Develop pricing strategies based on market analysis and cost factors
- Collaborate with marketing department to create effective promotional campaigns
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the sales industry
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and sales strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Valid UAE driver's license
