Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine land boundaries, locations and elevations of structures, and preparing detailed reports and maps. You will use specialized equipment and tools to accurately measure and map out land features, and work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate surveying results. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, electronic distance measuring devices, total stations, and laser scanners
- Record data accurately and prepare detailed reports and maps
- Analyze survey data to ensure accuracy and make any necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to determine project requirements
- Recommend changes or modifications based on survey results
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on survey progress
- Train junior team members on proper surveying techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, etc.
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret design plans
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ajman (open for all nationalities)
