Mason Needed for Contract Position in Ajman, UAE


A reputable construction company in Ajman is seeking a skilled and reliable Mason to join our team on a contract basis. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures such as walls, floors, and patios using various materials including bricks, concrete blocks, and stones. The ideal candidate should have experience working with different tools and equipment used in masonry work.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark surfaces where work needs to be done
- Mix mortar or grout according to specifications
- Lay bricks, concrete blocks or stones according to blueprints or instructions
- Use hand and power tools to cut and shape materials
- Apply finishing touches such as smoothing or leveling surfaces
- Repair any damaged structures or surfaces
- Ensure safety standards are followed at all times

Requirements:
- Kenyan nationality preferred
- Proficient in English language (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience as a Mason preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Willingness to work on a contract basis with long working hours if necessary

Salary:
1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Company-provided shared accommodation will be provided.

Visa:
Candidates must already have their own visa or possess the ability to obtain one independently.
