We are currently hiring a skilled Baker to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods such as bread, pastries, cakes and other desserts. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and freshness of our products, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, cakes and desserts according to recipes and customer orders
- Inspect ingredients for quality and freshness before starting the baking process
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately to create high-quality baked goods
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers and dough sheeters
- Decorate baked goods with icing, glazes or other toppings as necessary
- Ensure that all products are consistently baked to perfection
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management when supplies need to be replenished
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role in a professional kitchen setting
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Knowledge of different types of flour, yeast, sugars and other baking ingredients
- Familiarity with baking equipment such as ovens, mixers and dough sheeters
- Creativity in decorating baked goods is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time-management skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English is preferred
