Administrative Assistant - Ajman, UAE
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will be a Malayalee with excellent English communication skills and previous administrative experience. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$. We also provide accommodation for our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing calendars
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Prepare and maintain documents, records, and reports
- Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports for team members
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
