Machine Operator

We are a manufacturing company based in El-Ain, seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines to produce high-quality products for our clients. Your duties will include selecting and loading raw materials into the machine, adjusting machine settings, monitoring the production process, and performing quality checks on the finished products.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting. You should also have strong technical skills and be able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Additionally, you must have excellent attention to detail and be able to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications provided
- Load raw materials into machines
- Adjust machine settings as needed
- Monitor production process and make adjustments as needed
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Keep accurate records of production data

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting
- Strong technical skills and ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
