Surveyor/Inspector

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Surveyor/Inspector to join our team in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and inspections on various construction projects to ensure compliance with building codes and specifications. You will also be responsible for preparing detailed reports and providing recommendations for improvements.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys and inspections on construction projects, including buildings, roads, and other structures
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications
- Identify any potential issues or discrepancies and provide recommendations for improvements
- Use various tools and equipment to measure, mark, and record data
- Prepare detailed reports documenting findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Surveyor/Inspector in the construction industry
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and project specifications
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to work on a contract basis

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. Preference will be given to Indian nationals who are fluent in English.
