Construction Project Manager



Our company in El-Ain is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be essential to ensure the successful completion of our projects within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines, including budget estimation and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders involved in the project
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track
- Manage project budget and track expenses throughout the construction process
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality control and identify any potential issues or delays
- Prepare progress reports for upper management and provide regular updates on project status
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the project to ensure clear understanding of expectations and goals
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the course of the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in a fast-paced construction environment
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks accordingly
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: El-Ain, Egypt (preference for Egyptian or Middle Eastern nationality)
