Office Assistant
Location: El-Ain, Egypt
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in El-Ain, Egypt. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Keep track of expenses and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an office assistant or in a related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Working hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Salary: $1500 per month (without accommodation)
Nationality preference: Indians or Malayalees living in El-Ain
English proficiency not required but preferred.
Experience required.
