We are a renowned bakery located in El-Ain, seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries and desserts to delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, cookies, and other desserts according to recipes
- Decorate pastries using different icing techniques and creative designs
- Ensure high quality standards in taste, presentation, and hygiene
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Train and supervise pastry assistants
- Develop new pastry recipes and update existing ones
- Collaborate with the bakery team to create seasonal specials
- Monitor food costs and maintain budgetary guidelines
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of pastry art techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Creativity in developing new pastry recipes
- Strong attention to detail for decorating pastries
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Good leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate others
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary:
