Head Pastry Chef
We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Pastry Chef to join our team at a high-end bakery in El-Ain, Egypt. As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation of all pastry items, including cakes, pastries, and other desserts. You will also be responsible for training and managing a team of pastry chefs, ensuring quality control and consistency in all products.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new and creative pastry recipes
- Oversee the production of all pastry items
- Train and manage a team of pastry chefs
- Ensure quality control and consistency in all products
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to create new menu items or special orders
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique recipes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
- Ability to communicate effectively with other team members
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in culinary arts or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Pastry Chef
- Must have experience working in a high-end bakery or restaurant
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Salary:
$1600/month (negotiable based on experience)

El-Ain, Egypt
