Sales Manager for Egyptian Market in El-Ain

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team for the Egyptian market in El-Ain. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, along with free visa and ticket for relocation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the Egyptian market in El-Ain
- Create and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay updated on industry trends
- Analyze sales data and use it to make informed decisions on pricing, promotions, and product offerings
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, production, and finance to ensure alignment of strategies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Egyptian market, preferably in El-Ain
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data
- Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
