Full-Time Handyman in El-Ain, Philippines or Nepal


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in El-Ain. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in our facilities. Your main duties will include fixing plumbing and electrical issues, repairing equipment and appliances, painting, and maintaining the overall appearance of the building.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Handyman
- Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended hours
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license preferred

Responsibilities:
- Inspect facilities regularly and identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Repair or replace plumbing fixtures such as faucets, toilets, and pipes
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform basic repairs or replacements as needed
- Fix or replace broken appliances, doors, windows, etc.
- Paint walls, ceilings, doors, etc.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the building
- Keep track of inventory for tools and supplies
- Communicate with management regarding any major repairs or replacements needed
- Follow all safety procedures while performing tasks
