Executive Chef - Doha, Qatar



We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious hotel in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes, as well as the ability to lead and inspire a team of chefs. This is a contract job with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new menu items that reflect local and international cuisine
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and mentor junior chefs to ensure high quality standards are met
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to maintain budget goals
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events and menus

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Must be willing to relocate to Doha, Qatar

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 USD per month.
