Restaurant Manager

The ideal candidate for this position will be a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager, preferably of African nationality, with a proven track record of success in managing restaurants. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Doha, Qatar.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including staff management, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance
- Ensure high quality food and service standards are consistently met
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Train and mentor staff to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain clean and organized restaurant environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations including food safety regulations, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- African nationality preferred but not required
