Construction Project Manager

We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Doha. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Your main duties will include planning, organizing, and supervising the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all construction activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure they adhere to project timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Prepare progress reports and track project expenses.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager in the Middle East region.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals.
