Construction Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Doha! As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will need to have strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and extensive knowledge of the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Supervise and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Review project plans and specifications to identify any potential issues or discrepancies
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to make necessary adjustments to plans or resolve any issues that arise
- Keep track of project expenses and provide regular progress reports to upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders
- Proficient in computer software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel
- Willingness to relocate to Doha
- Canadian or Kenyan nationality preferred
