Office Assistant
Our company in Doha is seeking a reliable and efficient Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and must be able to work with minimal supervision. This position is suitable for men with a biometric passport.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Assist with organizing and maintaining office supplies
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Help with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national or have a valid work permit in Qatar
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary: 1800$ per month (part-time)
Working hours: Flexible part-time schedule (20 hours per week)
