Indian Office Assistant in Doha
We are hiring an Indian Office Assistant for our company in Doha. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will be handling a variety of tasks such as answering phone calls, managing files and documents, and coordinating with other departments.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and ordering new supplies as needed
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Performing data entry tasks and updating records as needed
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handling basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, billing, and processing payments
- Providing general administrative support to all employees
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in completing tasks
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Doha with valid visa
Salary:
The salary for this position is 900$ per month.
