Sales Manager - Doha, Qatar
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Doha, Qatar. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and managing a team of sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets
- Identify potential new clients and build strong relationships with them
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to help them meet their targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients
- Work closely with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns that align with sales goals
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the Indian market, preferably in the Doha area
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools would be an advantage
- Must have own visa or be able to obtain one in Qatar
