Mason Supervisor


A construction company in Doha is seeking an experienced Mason Supervisor to oversee and manage a team of masons for various projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in masonry work, with at least 5 years of experience as a supervisor in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons, ensuring quality work and timely completion of projects
- Train and mentor new masons, providing guidance and support when needed
- Plan and assign tasks to the team, ensuring proper utilization of resources
- Monitor progress and provide regular reports to project managers
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications
- Maintain a safe working environment for the team, enforcing all safety regulations and procedures
- Order materials as needed and maintain inventory levels for efficient project completion

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Mason Supervisor in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, tools, materials, and safety practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications for precise project requirements
- Good communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of French is an asset)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions

Salary: $1500 CAD per month

Location: Doha, Qatar
