Restaurant Manager
A reputable restaurant in Al-Rayyan is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of the establishment. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and be able to create a positive and efficient working environment for the team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to, food quality, customer service, staff management, and financial performance
- Hire, train, and manage a team of servers, chefs, and other restaurant staff
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant through various channels
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Malayalam or Filipino languages is a plus)
- Must have own visa (sponsorship not provided)

Salary:
Starting salary of $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
