Barista

As a Barista in our busy café located in Al-Rayyan, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1600 per month. No prior experience or knowledge of English is required for this role, making it an ideal opportunity for foreigners looking to start their career in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and juices
- Take customer orders and handle payments
- Keep the café clean and organized, including maintaining equipment and restocking supplies
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Learn about different types of coffee beans and brewing methods to educate customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Requirements:
- Preferably from a non-native English speaking country
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Willingness to learn about coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience as a barista is not required but considered an asset
- Must be on own visa or willing to obtain one
