Construction Project Manager


We are hiring a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our building projects in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating construction activities, managing project budgets and timelines, and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Construction Manager and be familiar with the local construction industry regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Create detailed project schedules and monitor progress against timelines
- Manage project budgets and ensure costs stay within approved limits
- Source materials, equipment, and labor needed for each project
- Hire, train, and supervise construction team members
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the Middle East region
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Al-Rayyan, Qatar
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage)

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar

Contract Type: Full-time
