Job Title: Welder

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal products according to specifications and blueprints. Your main duties will include using various tools, techniques, and equipment to weld and shape metals, performing quality checks on finished products, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements:
- Must be Indian national with valid visa sponsorship
- No prior experience required
- Ability to communicate basic English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in Al-Rayyan with provided accommodation

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Use various tools such as welding machines, grinders, saws, etc.
- Perform different types of welding including MIG, TIG, stick welding
- Inspect welded joints for defects or imperfections and make necessary repairs
- Operate material handling equipment such as cranes or forklifts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Skills:
- Proficient in different types of welding techniques
- Knowledge of metal fabrication processes
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with safety protocols
- Physical strength and stamina
