Job Title: Office Assistant for Indian candidates in Al-Rayyan, Qatar
We are currently hiring for the position of Office Assistant for our office in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual who can provide administrative support to our office staff. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for handling phone calls, managing emails and correspondence, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and organizing and scheduling appointments.
Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence (e.g. emails, letters)
- Maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when necessary
- Organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for office staff
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, etc.
- Keeping the office area clean and organized at all times
- Providing general support to visitors or clients when needed
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
Location:
This job is located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. We welcome Indian candidates who are currently residing in or willing to relocate to Al-Rayyan.
