Office Assistant - Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. Your duties will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing files and documents, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month and includes accommodation. No prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for students or those seeking their first job. Applicants must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Qatar. Indians are preferred for this role.
