Sales Manager (Malayalee) - Al-Rayyan, Qatar
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective planning, execution, and management of sales strategies. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance, training, and motivation to ensure their success
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research
- Maintain positive relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with our products/services
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient delivery of products/services to clients
Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee national currently residing in Al-Rayyan, Qatar
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Previous experience in a similar role is required (minimum 3 years)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver's license is preferred
