Waiter - Indian Cuisine


A reputable Indian restaurant in Al-Rayyan is seeking a skilled and experienced waiter to join our team. As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction by taking and delivering orders, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a waiter in an Indian restaurant
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and menu items
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly with a friendly smile and provide menus
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff promptly
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction
- Check on guests regularly to ensure their dining experience is enjoyable
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, etc.
- Assist with opening or closing duties as needed
