We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This is a contract position for an initial period of 6 months with the possibility of extension. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bakery area.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, and other ingredients according to recipes
- Bake various types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Decorate and finish products by using different icings, glazes or toppings
- Ensure all products are baked to perfection and meet quality standards
- Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery area
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need to be restocked
- Follow all health code regulations while handling food products

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker in a commercial or industrial setting
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery of baked goods
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
without difficulty

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
