Restaurant Manager


We are in search of an experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy restaurant located in Lusail. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the establishment, including staffing, customer service, menu planning, and financial performance.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff members
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Create and update menus based on seasonal availability and customer preferences
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary working environment at all times
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of restaurant management software (POS) is preferred
- Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends
