Seasonal Barista in Lusail, Qatar

As a seasonal barista in Lusail, Qatar, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating quality coffee beverages. You will be expected to have previous experience working as a barista and possess a deep knowledge of coffee and espresso drinks. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This is a seasonal position with the potential for extension. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of employment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and engaging with customers
- Educate customers on different types of coffee and brewing methods
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista
- Knowledge of various coffee types, roasts, and brewing techniques
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a seasonal or tourist destination
- Barista certification or training
- Fluency in English

Salary: $1200 per month
