Construction Manager – Lusail, Qatar


We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all construction activities from start to finish
- Manage project budgets and ensure expenses stay within agreed upon limits
- Create schedules for project timelines and monitor progress against deadlines
- Hire and manage subcontractors as needed
- Oversee the procurement process for materials and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations on site
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on project progress
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English is required

This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month. While this job is open to all nationalities, Filipinos are preferred. This is also an English-speaking job, so proficiency in English is essential. We welcome students who have relevant education or experience in construction management to apply.
