Head Pastry Chef
We are a luxury boutique hotel located in Lusail and we are seeking a talented and experienced Head Pastry Chef to join our team. As an Indian, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and creativity in our high-end dining establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of pastry production, including menu planning, recipe creation, and presentation
- Manage a team of pastry chefs and assistants, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure quality control and consistency in all pastry items served
- Develop new dessert menus and adapt to changing trends or dietary restrictions
- Maintain inventory levels and order necessary ingredients while staying within budget
- Collaborate with other chefs to create cohesive menus that complement each other's dishes
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Excellent knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations
- Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with other chefs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique dessert menus
- In-depth understanding of food safety standards and regulations
- Proficiency in English is required
Salary: 1500$ per month, negotiable based on experience.
