Sales Manager
We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Lusail. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company goals
- Develop effective sales strategies and plans to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing any issues or concerns
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of market trends and competitors' activities
- Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions based on it
- Fluency in English is preferred, but not required
Salary: 1700$ per month
Location: Lusail, Qatar
