Waiter/Waitress


We are in search of a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a bustling restaurant in Lusail. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure. This position is open to Indian nationals with or without experience, as training will be provided. We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ and provide visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and present menus
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt service and accurate orders
- Process payments using POS system
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to customers

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, lift trays, etc.
- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass jobs accepted)
