Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks to guests according to established standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to any requests or complaints promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
- Assist with setting up tables for service and preparing the dining area for guests.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus).
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
