Executive Chef
The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the overall culinary operations of our restaurant located in Al-Rayyan. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced chef with a passion for food, creativity, and leadership. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other kitchen employees
- Ensure high quality and consistent food standards are met at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and special promotions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and recipes
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to create innovative dishes while maintaining traditional flavors
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Salary: 1300$ per month
