Restaurant Manager - Al-Khor, Qatar



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in the bustling city of Al-Khor, Qatar. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the restaurant
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create employee schedules and manage payroll
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Monitor financial performance and make necessary adjustments to increase profitability

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Excellent communication skills in English (Nepali language skills preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must have own visa or be eligible for visa sponsorship
