Restaurant Manager



We are hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Al-Khor. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining the financial stability of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff to provide excellent customer service
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage expenses
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Develop relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts
- Create schedules for staff based on business needs
- Conduct performance evaluations for employees
- Keep track of employee attendance and manage payroll
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote the restaurant

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with restaurant management software, such as POS systems
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field is preferred
