We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Khor. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ordering supplies
- Train and supervise staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Monitor sales and expenses to ensure profitability goals are met
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment for employees and customers
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health codes and regulations
- Create schedules for employees based on business needs
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance, address concerns, and provide feedback
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or improve existing ones

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management, customer service, marketing strategies, etc.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must have legal authorization to work in Al-Khor
